At this point in time – almost 10 years since 2001 (the album not the year mind you) Dre has to have 100’s of songs. It would be bada** is he kept releasing albums chronologically every few months until he exhausted all the tracks.
I’m sure the sound he was originally going for has evolved since then so you would be able to hear that through each album.
I don’t think 2001 is near as strong lyrical as The Chronic because the people who were rapping on that had grown up on The Chronic and were trying to immitate the style, etc.; so it became over kill on b*tches and d*cks being mentioned over and over and over again.

At this point in time – almost 10 years since 2001 (the album not the year mind you) Dre has to have 100’s of songs. It would be bada** is he kept releasing albums chronologically every few months until he exhausted all the tracks.
I’m sure the sound he was originally going for has evolved since then so you would be able to hear that through each album.
I don’t think 2001 is near as strong lyrical as The Chronic because the people who were rapping on that had grown up on The Chronic and were trying to immitate the style, etc.; so it became over kill on b*tches and d*cks being mentioned over and over and over again.
